AS PER GLOBAL SOLID TYRE INDUSTRY NORMS (ISO, ETRTO, ETC.) A SOLID TYRE SHALL BE USED IN ALL INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION VEHICLES SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:

  The tyres cannot be used for climbing slopes or gradients exceeding 5 degrees

  The maximum distance that can be run on a solid tyre is only 2 kilometers whether in loaded or unloaded condition.

  The tyres cannot be used for long distance rides like other automotive vehicles, even within the factory.

   The vehicle speed cannot exceed 25 kmph, in any case.

  The tyre temperature should be monitored to be less than 60 degrees.

   If it exceeds 60 degrees, then the tyre must be allowed to cool down to room temperature before further use.

   Non fulfilment of the above conditions will naturally vitiate (or) cancel our warranty admissibility.

   In 'SOLIDO TYRES' we admit warranty claims upto a service life of 6 months (or) usage hours, if and only if it is established by us

   If there is any manufacturing defect, the tyres would fail within 1 week for the above situations, we provide 100% replacement warranty, without any investigations.

FOR OTHER WARRANTY CLAIMS,
         We only admit that the tyre had not performed to the expectations of the customer: either the tread gets worn out faster or the customer has been using the tyre without noticing that the tyre is getting over-heated: ultimately, the tyre would fail with a blow out on the side-wall or through the worn-out tread. Strictly speaking there is no warranty claim for both the above situation. However, in order to help and encourage our customers, we offer a pro-rated warranty based on the tread wear or the no. of hours used as evidenced by log book.

STANDARD QUALITY
        The 'solido' standard tyre has to be used on smooth well-paved floor, predominantly indoors & ware house for single shift (8hrs).

PREMIUM QUALITY
         The 'SOLIDO' premium tyre has to be used on smooth well-paved floor, predominantly indoors & ware house for double shifts (15hrs).

HEAVY DUTY & HEAT RESISTANT QUALITY (HD & HR)
        We recommend a heavy duty & heat resistant tyre over a standard or premium tyre only when the tyres are used on industrial vehicles running more or less continuously for 24 hours per day. 'SOLIDO' heavy duty & heat resistant tyre manages internal heat better on continuous usage.

         'SOLIDO' heavy duty & heat resistant tyres are used on industrial vehicle that run on hard cement or blue-metal reinforced concrete floors like docks / wharfs / open container yards / scrap yards / scrap yards. In this case the normal tread gets abraded faster. So we introduced a much durable tread, which is more abrasion-resistant.

   HEAVY DUTY CUT & CHIP RESISTANT QUALITY (HDCCR)
         'SOLIDO' heavy duty tyre is still not recommended for high cut & chip regions like glass, metal scrap yards, stone mining & steel industries, where the tyre tread gets cut or torn or chipped off. If in that case there is another grade called heavy duty cut & chip resistant tyre which can be used under all the above situation & circumstance. Since the heavy-duty cut & clip resistant are used under special application, but the life of the tyre is 3 months.

HEAVY DUTY FIRE RESISTANT QUALITY (HDFR)
         'SOLIDO' HD & HDCCR tyre is not recommended for fire resistant regions like high temperature steel plant, near to furnace, road construction laydown, where tyre gets melted or damaged or peel off membrane, if in that case there is another grade called heavy duty fire resistant tyre which can omits the priming of substrate. So for all the above condition and situation, HDFR can be used & more or less it would work under very hot regions. So the life of the tyre is 3 months only.

OUR WARRANTY CLAIM LIMITATION PERIOD WOULD REMAIN AS
        Hours of duly logged service (or) 6 months from date of invoice to our customer (whichever occurs earlier)
